如何处置采血过程中的晕厥反应

摘　　要：在无偿献血中，晕厥瘟是很常见的症状，特别是在大专院校（大学生献血者）中最为常见。他们是无偿献血的重要人群，甚至在最关键缺血严重时，他们是最稳定和最可靠的血源保证。然而相关研究证实，在这个群体中，他们所处的年龄不同，身体差异不同，学习酌压力，精神高度紧张，或节食空腹，在献血中都会出现不同反应的晕厥，在献血反应中很常见。笔者在体检工作中把比较集中，最易出现连锁反应的大专院校学生，做如下报道。In donates blood without compensation, faints sickness is the very common symptom, （university student blood donor） is specially most common in the universities, colleges and institutes. They are the important crowd which donates blood without compensation, even when lacks the blood essential seriously, they are stablest and the most reliable blood source guarantee. However is connected studies the confirmation, in this community, the age which they locate is different, the bodily difference is different, the study pressure, the spirit is highly intense,or diets the empty stomach,in gives blood can appear the different response fainting,in gives blood in the response to be very common. Author in physical examination work quite centralized,easiest to appear the ehain- reaction the universities, colleges and institutes student,makes the following report.
