TNFβ-G252A基因多态性与海南黎族急性脑梗塞之间的关系

摘　　要：[目的]了解肿瘤坏死因子(TNFβ)-G252A基因多态性与海南黎族急性脑梗塞之间的关系。[方法]应用多聚酶链反应技术(PCR)检测和比较84例动脉硬化性脑梗塞和79例正常对照人群的TNFβ-G252A基因的多态性,统计各组基因型频率及各组等位基因频率。[结果]TNFβ-G252A基因多态性和频率在急性脑梗塞组与正常对照组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.216,P﹤0.05;χ2=93.507,P﹤0.05)。[结论]TNFβ-G252A基因多态性与海南黎族急性脑梗塞发病相关。[Objective]The experiment was designed to investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor（TNF）polymorphism and acute infarction in Li minority patients in Hainan.[Methods]All these samples were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism between the acute infarction group（84 cases）and the control group（79 cases）of TNFβ-G252A polymorphism.[Results]Compare with the two groups,the gene frequency and genotypes of TNFβ-G252A showed significant difference（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]Association is found between TNFβ-G252A polymorphism and acute infarction in Li minority patients in Hainan.
