心电图异常事件对正常眼压性青光眼的可能影响

摘　　要：[目地]分析年龄和性别匹配的正常眼压性青光眼和高眼压性开角型青光眼患者随机心电图检查阳性事件的发生率。[方法]两组患者的随机心电图检查异常事件率用Fisher确切概率法直接计算累计概率。[结果]校正χ2=4.6886,P=0.0304,两组的发生率具有差异性。[结论]心电图检查阳性事件在正常眼压型青光眼患者中出现的比例较高眼压性开角型青光眼组高。[Objective]To investigate the occurrence rate of abnormal ECG in normal tension glaucoma patients and primary open angle glaucoma patients.[Methods]Fisher test was used to calculate the probability of occurrence of abnormal ECG in normal tension glaucoma patients and primary open angle glaucoma patients randomly.[Results]The occurrence of abnormal ECG in two group was different（Correction χ2 = 4.688 6,P = 0.030 4）.[Conclusion]The occurrence of abnormal ECG in normal tension glaucoma patients is more often than in primary open angle glaucoma patients.
