摘　　要：运用模块化理论分析了细胞生产方式中的细胞所具有的模块特征,进而对模块化细胞生产系统的演变过程、运作机理进行了探讨。在此基础上,从结构、细胞、工人、流程再造等四方面指出了构建模块化细胞生产系统所给予我们的一些重要启示。The paper analyzed the characteristics of modularization of the cell in the cell production,using the modularization theory,then discussed the process of evolvement and operating mechanism of the cell production system of modularization.Based on this,the paper revealed some significant lessons from four aspects which were structure,cells,workers and process.
