注射剂说明书的调查分析

摘　　要：目的为改进和完善注射剂说明书提供建议,以促进注射剂的安全,有效使用。方法对我院西药房注射剂152个品种的说明书进行调查分析。结果注射剂药品说明书中对特殊人群用药的标注信息缺乏;中成药注射剂的总体标注率低下,国产注射剂的药品说明书质量明显低于进口注射剂。结论注射剂药品说明书仍需不断完善,使医师、药师、患者获得更多更详细的药品知识,以利于临床安全、有效地用药。Objective To provide suggestions for improvement of injection specification（IS）,so as to promote safe and effective usage of injection.Methods to investigate and analyze 152 types of IS in the hospital pharmacy.Results The information of medication for special crowd in IS is poor,the IS of Chinese patent drug is lack of several important contents,and the quality of the imported IS was superior to that of the domestic IS.Conclusion The IS were still far from being perfect and improvement of which is necessary,so that more detailed drug information is available for physicians,pharmacists and patients,which is conducive to safe and effective use of drugs.
