摘　　要：随着技术强化的语言学习成为新的应用领域,关注网络环境中英语教学情感成为网络教学设计的重点。以开放英语教育为例,基于Moodle环境中教学情感的"干预",运用情感变量自评量规和语言教学情感协调策略,研究英语听、读、写、译的任务输入产生的情感反应,并根据不同的情感变量设计相应的教学策略,从英语的听、读、写、译四方面检验、评价网络英语教学情感设计框架的有效性,为网络教学设计提供实证依据。With the development of the cyber-based English instruction,it is inevitable and necessary to focus on emotions in English instructional design.EFCEI,an emotional design framework for cyber-based English instruction,is an ideal one at base.The study,in the Modular Object-oriented Dynamic Learning Environment（Moodle）,attempts to examine the validity of EFCEI in solving emotional deficiency and other problems concerning negative emotions in current cyber-based English instructional tasks,such as reading,writing,translation and listening by drawing up an emotional intervention plan.The result shows EFCEI plays an active role in guiding the cyber-based English instructional design.
