食管癌患者放疗前后血清TSGF检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)含量检测在食管癌诊治中的临床价值。方法:采用透射比浊法检测94例食管癌患者和30例正常人血清TSGF含量,并对部分患者放疗前后的血清TSGF含量进行动态观察。结果:食管癌患者血清TSGF含量明显高于正常人(P<0.05);患者血清TSGF含量与临床分期无明显相关性;患者放疗后血清TSGF含量明显低于放疗前(P<0.05)。结论:血清TSGF含量检测在食管癌的诊断及疗效观察中具有一定的临床价值。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of the serum level of TSGF in diagnosis and treatment for patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods：The serum levels of TSGF in 94 patients with esophageal carcinoma and 30 healthy subjects were detected by turbidimetry.The dynamic variation in the serum levels of TSGF in the pre-radiotherapy and post-radiotherapy were evaluated in part of patients.Results：The serum levels of TSGF in esophageal carcinoma patients were significantly higher than that in healthy subjects（P0.05）.No significance in the serum levels of TSGF for patients in different clinical stages were found（P0.05）.The serum levels of TSGF in post-radiotherapy patients significantly decreased as compared to that in pre-radiotherapy patients（P0.05）.Conclusions：Detect ion of the serum level of TSGF is of significance in making diagnosis,determining outcome for esophageal carcinoma patients.
