希美纳联合鼻咽癌放疗治疗鼻咽癌的近期疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察希美纳(甘氨双唑钠)联合放疗治疗鼻咽癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法:将60例患者随机分为增敏组、普通组各30例。两组放射治疗方法、程式和剂量相同。普通组30例病例进行常规放疗治疗,增敏组30例采取希美纳联合放疗。治疗结束后观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果:增敏放疗组完全缓解25例83.3%,普通放疗组完全缓解18例60.0%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应比较,差异无显著性。结论:增敏放疗组近期疗效优于普通放疗组,且毒副反应未见明显增加。Objective：To observe the near future efficacy and toxicity of the sodium glycididazo（CMNa） combined with radiation treatmentof nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods：60 patientswere randomly divided into enhancement group and general group 30 cases in each group.with the same radiation treatment program and the same dose.General group were treatedwith conventional radiation,while enhancement group were treatedwith CMNa combinedwith radiotherapy.The efficacy and side effectswere observed ofter treatment.Results：Twenty five cases 83.3% in the enhancement group had complete remission,and 18 cases 60.0% in the geneval group had complete remission.Compariing the efficacy of the two groups,the difference was significant,P〈0.05.Comparing the toxicity,there was no significant difference.Conclusions：The curative effects of the enhancement group are better than the general group with no in creasing toxic-side effects.
