摘　　要：本文提出了视频点播系统的设计方案，阐述了视频点播系统的功能与应用，分析了视频点播的工作原理，解析了开发模式、流媒体技术，探讨了塔西南公司在设计过程中所采用的相关技术与方法。This paper presents the design scheme of video on demand system,describes the function and applications of video on demand systems,analyzes the working principle,development model and the streaming media technology,explore the design process related in technologies and methods used in the South-western Tarim Exploration＆Development Company, Petro China Tarim Oilfield Company.
