农户参与林业专业合作社的影响因素分析——基于浙江省的实证研究

摘　　要：基于浙江省实地调研的农户数据,运用Logistic二元回归模型,对农户入社的影响因素加以分析,结果表明:农户对合作社了解与否对其入社行为影响巨大,对合作社越了解的农户,入社的可能性越大;户主文化程度以及合作社现有的社员规模等因素,也对农户入社行为产生显著影响。因此,一要加大对合作社的宣传,加深农民对合作社的了解;二要培养高素质的新型农民,为合作社发展提供人才支撑;三要建立激励机制,鼓励农户参与合作社。Based on the household data surveyed in Zhejiang province,this article analyses the influence factors of farmers＇ participation in Forest Farmers＇ Cooperatives（hereinafter FFCs）,using Binary Logistic regression model.The result shows that if farmers know FFCs or not has a great influence on farmers＇ participative behavior,the more farmers know FFCs,the greater possibility they will take part in FFCs.Besides,the education degree of head of household and the existing members＇ scale of FFCs have significant influences on farmers＇ participative behavior.Therefore,firstly,FFCs should be more advertised,promoting farmers to know FFCs deeply,secondly,new farmers should be cultivated,supplying talent support for FFCs development.Thirdly,incentive mechanism should be established,encouraging farmers to participate in FFCs.
