摘  要:绿色水电评价是针对运行阶段水电工程对河流生态系统影响程度的评估,反映了水电工程影响下河流生态系统结构和功能的实际状态。本文在分析绿色水电含义的基础上,建立了包括水文特征、河流水环境、河流形态、河流连通性、生物生境、生物群落和河流景观7类因子的绿色水电指标体系,提出了定量为主、定性为辅的评价标准,采用AHP-模糊评价法进行综合评估。以澜沧江漫湾水电站为例进行了实证研究,得到了该电站的总体评价结果和主要限制因子,为工程采取针对性保护措施提供了依据。Green hydropower assessment refers to a process of assessing the impact of hydropower projects in operation phase on the river eco-system,and it should reflect the actual state and functions of the eco-system.Through an analysis on the implication of green hydropower,this work establishes a green hydropower index system composed of hydrological character,water environment,river morphology,connectivity of river systems,biotopes,biological communities and river landscape.To develop a comprehensive assessment method,an assessment standard on a quantitative approach supplemented by a qualitative approach is proposed and an AHP fuzzy assessment method is used.The overall assessment results and major limiting factors are obtained in a case study of the Manwan hydropower station on Lancangjiang River,which serves as a basis for taking protection measures to the project.
