摘 要:目的应用激光龋齿诊断仪(DD)检测牙釉质脱矿程度,评价氟保护漆预防正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的临床效果。方法 60例接受固定正畸治疗的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组牙面粘结托槽后涂抹氟保护漆,以后每隔3个月再涂抹一次,对照组不作特殊处理。在矫治的第6、12个月对对照组和实验组进行临床视诊和DD检测,观察牙釉质脱矿程度。结果 6个月后,实验组临床视诊的牙釉质脱矿指数与对照组比较差异无显著性,而实验组DD值较对照组低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。12个月后,实验组的牙釉质脱矿指数和DD值均较对照组低,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论氟保护漆对正畸治疗中的釉质脱矿有较好的抑制作用,DD能提供更加可靠的检测指标,适合于固定正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的监测。To evaluate the clinical effects of fluor protector in the prevention of enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment, the degree of which was detected by DIAGNOdent(DD). Methods 60 patients received orthodontic treatment who were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group. The experimental group applied fluor protector after bracket bonding, then, smear once every three months. The control group were not given special treatments. After treatment for 6 months and 12 months, visual inspection and the DD were used to detect the degree of enamel demineralization. Results After 6 months, the index of enamel demineralization by visual inspection between the experimental and control group was not significant, the DD value iff the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). After 12 months, the index of enamel demineralization and the DD value in the experimental group were both lower than those in the control group, the differences were both significant (P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion Fluor protector has a good inhibitory effect, and DD can provide more reliable detection value of monitoring the enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment.
