败酱草药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱法对不同品种的败酱草药材进行指纹图谱的鉴别研究。方法采用Kromasil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长320 nm。结果两种败酱草药材的相似度仅有0.021。结论高效液相色谱法可用来鉴别白花败酱和黄花败酱。Objective To discriminate Patrinia villosa Juss（PVJ） and Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch（PSF） by HPLC fingerprint.Methods The chromatographic column is Kromasil-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）and the mobile phase is MeCN-0.1%H3PO4 with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The temperature of column is 25 ℃and the detection wavelength is at 320 nm.Results The similarity of the same species samples is 0.021. Conclusion The method could discriminate PVJ and PSF.The material basis of PVJ and PSF vary greatly.
