摘　　要：通过分析近期适龄人口发展趋势与教育规模发展现状,针对全国各级各类教育发展面临的基本公共教育服务发展不均衡、公共教育经费投入不足、教育资源配置调整滞后于适龄人口变化等突出问题,提出抓住契机促进公共教育均衡发展和提高教育质量的对策建议。The paper analyzes the actuality of the rightage population and the educational development. Nowadays, educational development is facing with questions such as developmental imbalance in fundamental public education, insufficiency in public educational investment, the lagged behind adjustment of education resource collocation for variety of the right - age population and so on. Considering these actualities, we should grasp the opportunities to harmoniously develop the public education and improve its quality.
