摘 要:根据国家教育部有关文件精神,各高校逐步完善和强化了毕业论文(设计)规范,明确了教师指导的具体任务和要求,毕业论文(设计)成绩也有了显著提高。但是,教师在指导过程中还存在重视程度不够、指导力度不强、指导介入方式不当、科研水平不高和师生合作不和谐等问题,对此文章展开探讨,分析引发问题的因素,提出提前做好准备,要进行积极、耐心、全方位的指导以及从容应对指导过程中出现的不良现象等对策。通过探讨,力求真正达到提高高职生综合能力和取得良好毕业论文(设计)指导效果的目的。A ually improved an ccording to the documents by the Ministry of Education, colleges and universities have grad- d strengthened the specifications of students' theses (designs) and defined the specific tasks and requirements of the instructors. Therefore, the achievements of graduation theses (designs) have also in- creased significantly. However, there still exist some problems in the guidance process from the instructors, such as lack of attention, little guidance, improper approaches to interventions, low level of scientific research and inharmonious cooperation between instructors and students, etc. This paper proposes some countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the factors causing these problems, such as making preparations for the tasks in advance; instructing students actively, patiently, and comprehensively; and dealing with negative situations calmly. Finally, the authors expect that the analysis should help improve the overall capability of vocational students to achieve good effects on instructing the theses (designs).
