摘　　要：走特色化发展道路,是地方社会、经济发展对地方高校提出的客观要求,也是地方高校生存与发展的必由之路和高等教育办学多样化的必然选择。然而,当今地方高校办学特色或不明显或缺乏特色,这既有体制机制等客观原因,也有自身定位的影响因素。创建地方高校办学特色,应当把握其人才培养的应用性、服务面向的区域性、成果转化的实用性特征,凸现其地方性、适用性、实践性特性,才能创建、培育出地方院校之办学特色。Running characteristics of the development path is the objective requirements proposed from local social and economic development to the local universities,also is the only way to the survival and development of local universities and the inevitable choice of the diversification of higher education.However,today the status of school characteristics of local universities is not obvious or is lack of features,both institutional mechanisms and other objective factors,but also positioned itself as factors.Creating characteristics of local universities should grasp the application of personnel training,service-oriented regional,and the practical features of the transformation,highlighting the local,and applicability,practical features to create and nurture the school characteristics of local universities.
