摘　　要：我国高等职业教育的培养目标是:培养面向生产、管理、服务第一线的高技能人才。电力技术类专业生产型实习作为电力技术类专业教学环节中的重要一环,其教学目标是使学生了解电力在国家经济建设中的重要地位,巩固加深所学到的专业知识,并培养学生利用所学知识分析解决问题的能力,以及与人和谐相处、团结合作的社会能力。本文通过学习当代德国职业教育主流教学思想,探索了行动导向教学方法在电力技术类专业生产型实习过程中的应用。Higher vocational education training objectives are： training highly skilled personnel for the production,management and service.Practice production is an important position in electric power professional teaching.Its goal is to make students understand the power in the national economic construction,to enhance the professional knowledge and training students to use the knowledge of problem-solving abilities,as well as with others in harmony,unity and cooperation of social competence.By learning the mainstream of modern German vocational education teaching ideas,this paper explored the action-oriented teaching in the power production process of practice.
