Comparison of Central Corneal Thickness of Myopia Patients with Measurements by Oculyzer and Ultrasonic Pachymetry

摘  要:目的:分析Oculyzer眼前节分析系统与超声角膜测厚仪测量近视患者中央角膜厚度的差异。方法:对70例(140眼)近视患者,分别用Oculyzer眼前节分析系统和超声角膜测厚仪测量其中央角膜厚度(CCT)各3次。用SPSS 17.0统计学软件对两种方法测量结果的差异进行配对t检验,并做直线相关分析。一致性检验采用Bland-Altman法分析。结果:Oculyzer眼前节分析系统测量的左右眼中央角膜厚度(CCT)均值分别为(546.51±26.67)μm和(545.69±26.42)μm,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.878,p=0.383);中央角膜厚度均值分别为:Oculyzer眼前节分析系统(546.10±26.46)μm,超声角膜测厚仪为(551.31±27.23)μm,两者差异具有统计学意义(t=6.584,p=0.000),两者的差值平均为(5.36±9.12)μm,两者具有高度相关性(r=0.938,p=0.000);两法有较好的一致性,95%的一致性界限为(-12.51-+23.23)μm。结论:Oculyzer眼前节分析系统与超声角膜测厚仪测量值的差异虽有统计学意义,但是具有高度的相关性和一致性,临床中可以互为参照。Objective: To research the differences between Oculyzer and ultrasonic pachymetry for central corneal thickness(CCT) measurement of myopia patients.Methods: CCT 140 eyes were measured separately by Oculyzer and ultrasonic pachymetry 3 times.Data were analyzed using the pared sample t-test,linear correlation and Bland-Altman plots.Results: The mean CCT readings of right and left eyes were(545.69±26.42) μm and(546.51±26.67)μm with Oculyzer,respectively,and the sample pared t-test presented no significant differences(t=-0.878 p=0.383);The mean CCT readings with Oculyzer were(546.10±26.46) μm and(551.31±27.23) μm with ultrasonic pachymetry,the mean value of the difference is(5.36±9.12)μm.There was statistically significant differences between the two instruments using pared t-test(t=6.157,p=0.000).The Bland-Altman Plots displayed relatively good agreement(95% limits of agreement were(-12.51μm to 23.23μm) between the two instruments.Sample linear correlation revealed that the two instruments were positive correlation(r=0.938,p=0.000).Conclusions: There were some differences in the two methods used to measure the CCT of myopia patients before refractive surgery.The Oculyzer compared with ultrasonic pachymetry revealed a high correlation and good consistence which can be served to measure the central corneal thickness and make a cross reference.
