摘　　要：在对订单式生产企业的管理特点进行深入分析的基础上，确定了订单式生产企业 Ｍ Ｉ Ｓ（ Ｍａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ Ｉｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎ Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ ） 的目标，根据 Ｍ Ｒ Ｐ Ｉ Ｉ（ Ｍａｎｕｆａｃｔｕｒｉｎｇ Ｒｅｓｏｕｒｃｅｓ Ｐｌａｎｎｉｎｇ） 思想，结合企业管理的业务流程，给出了武汉船用机械厂 Ｍ Ｉ Ｓ 的总体方案，包括系统的详细开发功能需求分析和硬件实现方法。Analyses the feature of management in make to order enterprise, and gives out the goal of management information system for make to order enterprise. Based on MRPII and business process of the enterprise, the detailed design of management information system for make to order enterprise, including requirement of the MIS and implement, is given out.
