摘  要:目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇治疗甲状腺腺瘤的适宜剂量与疗效。方法对65例超声引导下经皮穿刺获得病理诊断的甲状腺腺瘤患者行局部注射无水乙醇瘤内注射硬化治疗,观察并评价其疗效。结果经3个月至2年的随访,有效者65例(100%)。无水酒精注射量与弥散范围呈正相关(r=0.775,P<0.05),甲状腺结节大小与无水乙醇注射量的回归方程为:Y=3.038X+0.871(式中X为结节最大径,Y为酒精注射量)。结论超声引导无水乙醇硬化治疗甲状腺腺瘤,疗效肯定。甲状腺腺瘤直径与无水乙醇注射量的回归方程经临床应用与随访观察,结果可信,可作为行经皮穿刺时无水乙醇注射量的计算方法。Objective To explore the appropriate dosage and the efficacy of ultrasound - guided percutaneous ethanol injection (PEI) in treatment of thyroid adenoma. Methods Sixty - five cases of thyroid adenoma confirmed by pathology were treated by ultrasound -guided PEI, then their efficacy was observed and evaluated. Results After three months to two years follow - up, it showed effective in all the cases ( 100% ). There was positive correlation between the injection volume of ethanol and dispersion area( r = 0. 775 ,P 〈 0. 002 ). The regression equation between the size of the thyroid adenoma and the injection volume of ethanol was Y = 3. 038X + 0. 871 (X: the maximum diameter of nodule, Y: the injection volume of ethanol). Conclusion Thyroid adenoma treated by ultrasound - guided PEI has high efficacy, the regression equation between the diameter of the thyroid adenoma and the injection volume of ethanol is confirmed by clinical application and follow - up study, So the volume of ethanol can be calculated following this way when PEI is applied in clinic.
