专业化背景下医学院校辅导员素质保障探究

摘　　要：辅导员的素质直接影响着医学生的素质培养,加强辅导员队伍的专业化建设,着力建设一支高水平的辅导员队伍,是加强大学生思想政治教育、提高学校育人质量的重要举措。本文结合医学院校大学生的特点探索专业化背景下辅导员素质构成。Instructor＇s quality affects medical college students＇ quality training directly. It is an important method that strength- ening professional development of instructor team and building a instructor team with high quality, in order to strengthen college students＇ ideological and political education. Combining with the characteristics of medical college students,this paper discussed instructor＇s quality structure under specialized background.
