摘　　要：面对社会分工日趋细化的市场经济对高素质技能型应用人才的迫切需求,当前我国高等职业教育的人才培养模式亟需改革。作为人才培养的核心,课程体系的设计与课程内容的开发则成为教学改革的关键。本文围绕"职业化、区域性技能型应用人才"的培养,结合模具设计与制造专业的专业建设,就职业教育模式的选择、课程体系的设计、课程内容的开发、教学质量的保证等方面进行了分析和探讨。The training mode of our higher vocational education is urgent to be reformed in order to meet the large demand of ap- plied talents with high quality skills,especially in current market economics with refining social division of labor. As the core of training,the design of course system and the development of course contents are very important. The paper focuses on the training of professionalized,skilled and applied talents for region. And the choice of vocational education mode, the design of course system and the development of course contents are pondered and discussed for specialty construction of mold design and manufacturing.
