摘　　要：目的探讨Talin、Vinculin在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测Talin、Vinculin在正常胃黏膜、高级别上皮内瘤变胃黏膜及胃癌中的表达,采用SPSS 13.0统计分析软件分析其表达水平与临床病理特征的关系及二者的表达相关性。结果 Talin、Vinculin在正常胃黏膜及高级别上皮内瘤变胃黏膜中高表达,在胃癌中表达降低。在进展期胃癌中,两者的表达与肿瘤分期、浸润深度显著相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度等无关(P>0.05),且Talin、Vinculin的表达明显相关。结论 Talin、Vinculin的表达与胃癌分期相关的特点可用于辅助评价胃癌患者术后生存率。Talin、Vinculin表达阴性的胃癌病例,高度提示预后不良,术后生存率低。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Talin and Vinculin in gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Talin and Vinculin in normal gastric mucosa,high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia（HGPIN） and gastric cancer.The relationship of the expression of these two proteins with clinicopathologic factors was evaluated.The data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results The high expression of Talin and Vinculin were found in normal gastric mucosa and the HGPIN.The expression of Talin and Vinculin in gastric cancer were remarkably lower than those in normal gastric mucosa and HGPIN（P0.05）.The expression of Talin and Vinculin related to inasie depth and staging of TNM in advanced gastric cancer.There had significant correlation between the expression of Talin and Vinculin.Conclusion Talin and Vinculin have diagnostic values in gastric cancer.The association between their expression and TNM stage can be used to evaluate the survival rate post operation with gastric cancer.The gastric cancer patients with negative expression of Talin and Vinculin had poor prognosis and poor survival after curative operations.
