透明帽在胃镜下处理食管入口细小异物的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨透明帽在胃镜下处理食管入口细小异物的作用。方法回顾性分析80例食管入口处细小异物患者,用两种方法对异物进行取出处理:一组胃镜头端安装一个透明帽(简称透明帽组),对食管异物进行取出处理,共40例;另一组为对照组(40例),直接胃镜下对食管异物进行取出处理,比较两组操作时间、异物取出成功率。结果透明帽组异物取出操作时间(13.5±7.5)m in,明显短于对照组(19.4±7.9)m in,透明帽组异物取出成功率(97.5%)明显高于对照组(75.0%)。结论胃镜下采用透明帽处理食管入口细小异物,可明显缩短操作时间,提高异物取出成功率,是一种简单、安全。Objective To investigate the effect of gastroscopic lucency cap on extracting small foreign body in the entrance of esophagus.Methods Eighty cases of small foreign body in the entrance of esophagus which were extracted through two methods were analyzed retrospectively.Forty cases were extracted by gastroscope whose top installed by lucency cap（lucency cap group）;the other 40 cases were extracted by direct gastroscope（control group）.Operating time and success rate were compared between two groups.Results The operating time of lucency cap group was（13.5±7.5） min,much shorter than that of control group（19.4±7.9） min.The success rate of lucency cap group was 97.5%,much higher than that of control group（75.0%）.Conclusion Iucency cap on gastroscope to extract small foreign body in the entrance of esophagus can decrease operating time and improve success rate.It is a simple,safe and effective method of foreign body extracting.
