摘　　要：分析高校实验用房使用中的弊端,结合本校实验用房管理改革的有益实践,探讨通过高校实验用房管理改革达到实验用房使用效益最大化的目的。The article analyzed the specific characteristic of universities laboratory buildings＇ management.According to Administration improvement of the real estate for laboratories in universities,it will enable the management mechanism of universities laboratory buildings to keep pace with universities reform.
