摘　　要：建设与企业生产技术水平相适应、具有通用性和实用性的实训设备,是职业学校亟待解决的问题。化工单元操作实训是化工专业学生的重要实训环节。传统的单元操作实训教学存在着"以实验代替实训"的问题。因此应建设具有真实性、可操作性的化工单元操作实训装置,使学生在"模拟车间、真实设备"的环境中提高职业技能。Chemical engineering unit operations practical training is a key process for chemical majors.This paper analyzes the unsatisfactory situation of traditional practical training in which experiments replacing training,and introduces the construction of real and operational chemical engineering unit operations practical training devices,which will help improve students＇ occupational skills in a full-equipped simulation workshop.
