摘　　要：对水产养殖学专业建设的定位、改革与实践及其经验进行了总结,构建了水产养殖学专业"实验教学实用化、专业实习生产化、综合实习服务化、毕业论文科研化"的实践教学"四化"模式,使人才培养质量不断提高,学生的服务社会的水平有了很大提高,社会认可度得到了显著提高。In the paper,the orientation,reform and practice,as well as their experiences in fishery specialty construction were summarized in fishery practical teaching for cultivating applied talents.A four-specialties mode were constructed,such as practisization in experimental teaching,procedurization in professional internship,service station in integration internship,investigation in thesis preparing.As a result,the quality of personnel training continuously improved,the ability of students serving the community had been greatly improved,social acceptance significantly increased.
