摘　　要：开展以实践教学为主题,以技能培训为主线,以学生课堂试讲、师生观摩教学、课程改革、集中实习等为主要内容的实践教学新模式,建立健全长期化、制度化、规范化的实践教学体系,造就一支适应经济社会发展需要的高素质专业化教师队伍,提升教师实践教学能力,为高校实践教学夯实坚强的后盾。The author thinks it necessary to carry out the practice of teaching as the theme,the main line skills training,classroom lecture to students,teachers and students to observe teaching,curriculum reform and focus on training as the main content of a new model of teaching practice.The authors holds that it is essential to establish and improve long-term,institutionalized,and standardized practices of teaching system and create a need to adapt to economic and social development of high-quality professional teachers to enhance the ability of teachers to practice teaching with necessary support.
