摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜间皮瘤的病因、临床表现、治疗方法.方法回顾性分析11例病理学确诊的MPM的临床症状、术中状况、手术方式、治疗方法.结果手术所见和病理学检查是目前确诊MPM的主要手段.结论外科手术和综合化疗是治疗MPM的有效途径.Objective To discuss the cause,clinical manifestation and treatment of peritoneal mesothelioma.Method The clinical symptoms,surgery status,surgical approach and treatment of 11 patients with pathologically proved malignant peritoneal mesothelioma（MPM）were retrospectively analysed.Result Operative findings and pathological examination were the primary means for diagnosis of MPM.Conclusion Surgery and chemotherapy is an effective way to comprehensive treatment of MPM.
