绢纺活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺研究

摘　　要：用永光活性染料冷轧堆染绢纺,通过电子测色配色仪测定织物的K/S值,根据织物的得色量高低,来选择M型活性染料冷轧堆染绢纺的最佳工艺条件,通过对不同种类碱剂的研究和分析,筛选出一种能使织物得色量最高的,作为最佳碱剂配方,并根据织物得色的浅、中、深分别确定碱剂的用量以及相应的最短固色时间,摸索出一套比较适合活性染料冷轧堆染绢纺的工艺。Yong Guang reactive dye is used for cold pad-batch to dye silk spinning and K/S value of the fabric is determined by using electronic color measuring and matching apparatus. According to the color yield of fabrics, the optimum process condition of cold pad-batch dyeing of silk spinning fabric with M-type reactive dyes is chosen. By researching and analyzing different kinds of alkali, the best alkali formula is selected to get the highest color yield. According to different levels of the color yield, the amount of alkali and corresponding shortest fixation time are identified and the technology that suits the cold pad-batch dyeing of silk spinning fabrics with reactive dyes has been found out.
