摘　　要：随着改革开放的不断深入以及经济全球化程度的加深,多元文化对我国高职学生的理想信念产生了强烈的冲击,加强高职院校的理想信念教育迫在眉睫。文章分析了多元文化背景下高职学生理想信念的问题现状,阐述了加强其教育的必要性,提出了如何在多元文化背景下加强高职学生理想信念教育的策略。With the increasing deepening of reform and open to the outside world and the economic globalization, multiculture brings strong impact to the ideal and faith of vocational college students in China, which makes it extremely urgent to enhance the ideal and faith education in vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the present condition of vocational college students＇ ideal and faith under the multicultural background, discusses the ne- cessity of enhancing the education and puts forward the strategies on how to enhance vocational college students＇ ideal and faith education under the multicultural background.
