摘　　要：本实验从荷瘤机体"免疫监视-抑瘤-平衡系统"出发,多方面研究了调衡方对S180、H22、EAC、lewis荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤及抗转移作用,证明了该方对不同的荷瘤机体均具有抑瘤作用,可能的抑瘤机制一为直接抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖,一为通过增强荷瘤机体的免疫功能来抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖。本研究的结果不但可为研究中药抗肿瘤提供丰富的基础研究依据,而且为后续进一步研究调衡方的抗肿瘤及抗转移等方面奠定了新的思路和科学依据。Tiaoheng Fang carried out the experiment on a number of studies, including the body of the tumor immune surveillance - Inhibit tumor - balance system of influence on the Sis0, H22, EAC, Lewis tumor-bearing mice, such as the anti-cancer effect, results show that the Tiao-Heng Fang to different tumor- bearing organism must have the anti-tumor effect, and its possible mechanism of inhibition, direct inhibition of tumor proliferation, or by enhancing immune function to suppress tumor ceil proliferation in vivo. The results of this study was to examine not only the anti-tumor medicine provides a rich basis for basic research, but also for further study follow-up to transfer the value of anti-tumor and anti-metastasis and so laid the new ideas and scientific basis.
