摘  要:目的:探讨多媒体案例教学法在骨伤科实习教学中的教学效果。方法:将本校不同学年、同等条件下的两班随机分为两组:实验组45人,采用多媒体案例教学法;对照组44人,采用传统教学法,然后对两组进行病例考核和问卷调查,并将各项目评分结果进行统计学分析。结果:实验组病例考核成绩优于对照组,尤其在主诉、现病史的描述、体格检查及专科体征检查3个方面成绩明显提高;实验组学生对骨科实习的综合满意度也显著提高。结论:多媒体案例教学法能够有效提高学生的病例书写能力和临床实践能力,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,调动学生的学习积极性。Objective : To study the teaching effect of multimedia-aided case teaching method in orthopedic clinical practice teaching. Methods : According to the academic year, two classes under the same conditions were randomly divided into two groups : experimental group, including 45 students, who were taught by multimedia-aided case teaching method;control group, including 44 students, who were taught by traditional teaching method.After the clinical practice teaching, the clinical cases examination and questionnaire were given. Then the scores of examination and questionnaire were statistical analyzed. Results : The examination results of experimental group was better than that of control group, especially in the aspects of chief complaint, history of present illness, physical examination and orthopedic examination. The satisfaction degree of the students in experimental group also increased significantly. Conclusion: Multimedia-aided case teaching method can improve students' ability of medical records writing and clinical practice skills, cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve clinical problems and arouse students' enthusiasm for study.
