摘 要:目的:探讨电针刺激"人中"穴、双侧"中冲"穴及"风府"穴对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后海马内热休克蛋白mRNA(Heat Shock Protein,HSPmRNA)表达的影响及意义。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉阻断法制备局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型,然后通过RT—PCR技术,观察大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后海马内HSP70mRNA的表达以及电针刺激对其表达的干预作用。结果:电针刺激能有效的诱导缺血侧海马内HSP70mRNA的表达,增强脑组织对缺血缺氧的耐受能力。结论:电针刺激能够减轻脑缺血再灌注所造成的损伤与其能够诱导HSP70表达增强有关。Objective : To observe the influence and significance of HSP expression in the brain of the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat, which is stimulated by electro-acupuncture through "REN ZHONG", "FENG FU" and two sides "ZHONG CHONG" . Methods : RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of HSPT0mRNA in hippocampi and effect of electro-acupuncture on HSP7OmRNA expression in the brain of the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat by MCAo. Results : Electro-acupuncture can effectively induce the expression of HSP70mRNA in hippocampi,and enforce the tolerance of brain in anoxemic situation. Conclusion : The increase of HSP70mRNA expression is possibly one of the mechanisms of electro-acupuncture protecting cerebral ischemia-reperfusion damage.
