中药治疗焦虑症临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的:研究理气化痰、清胆和胃法治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法:将符合CCMD-3广泛性焦虑症诊断标准的120例患者随机分为两组,各60例,治疗组采用理气化痰、清胆和胃法煎剂治疗,对照组采用黛力新治疗,两组均21天为1个疗程,2个疗程后采用Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效。结果:黛力新和中药煎剂对广泛性焦虑症均有显著疗效,治疗组治愈38例,显著进步17例,进步4例,无效1例,总有效率98.33%。对照组治愈24例,显著进步14例,进步18例,无效8例,总有效率86.67%。两组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:理气化痰、清胆和胃法煎剂治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效。Objective ： Try to identify the clinic curative effect of healing generalized anxiety disorder （GAD） by regulate qi and dissipate phlegm method and clean guts and harmony stomach method. Method： Cases which consistent with DC of CCMD-3 GAD was divided random into two sets, every set has 60 cases, one set called observation （ OB ） set was cured by regulate qi and dissipate phlegm method and clean guts and harmony stomach method, and the control group （CG）was cured by Deanxit. The two sets are all evaluated by HAMA after 2 course of treatment （ 1 course of treatment has 21 days ）. Result ： Deanxit and the TCM apozem all have patency curative to healing CCMD-3 GAD, The OB set has 38 healing well （HW）cases, 17 patency improvement cases,4 improvement cases and 1 ineffective case.The total effective rate of OB set is 98.33%. The CG has 24 HW cases, 14 patency improvement cases, 18 improvement cases and 8 ineffective cases.The total effective rate of CG is 86.67%. The difference of two sets is significant. Conclusion ： Regulate qi and dissipate phlegm method and clean guts and harmony stomach method apozem is safe and effective to cure CCMD-3 GAD.
