《金匮要略》妇人病外治法探析

摘　　要：外治法是《金匮要略》妇人病治疗方法的重要部分,仲景首先运用外治法治疗妇科疾病,选择多种外用给药途径,目的是最大限度地发挥药物的治疗作用。仲景丰富的外治方法及其原理,为后世外治法治疗妇科疾病奠定了坚实基础。文章谨遵经旨,将妇人病外治法分为四种,即针刺法、浸洗法、坐药法、导法。对其进行详实阐述,以期对临床有所裨益。External therapy is part of gynecological diseases treatment in Synopsis of Golden Chamber, Zhongjing first use external treatment of gynecological diseases, he select a variety of topical routes of administration, the aim is to maximize the therapeutic effect. Zhongjing rich way of external treatment and its principles laid a solid foundation for the treatment of gynecological diseases later. This article follow classic original, external treatment of gynecological disease will be divided into four, namely ： aeupuncture, immersion method, suppository method or plug drug method, and laxation method. In order to provide an important reference for the clinical treatment.
