摘 要:目的探讨工作坊模式对护理管理者培训的效果。方法评估管理工作及管理人员现状,制订培训计划和培训流程,按工作坊模式中团体讨论、技巧模拟研习、专题讲解方法等实施培训。结果 91.4%~98.3%(平均94.8%)学员对培训效果满意;89.0%以上护理人员对护士长管理工作满意,尤其在护士长领导才能、护士长对护理人员支持方面,护理人员满意率达96.0%、97.5%。结论工作坊形式的培训为提高护理管理者工作中的针对性和实效性开辟了新的途径,能提高管理人员综合能力,从而提高管理绩效。Objective To explore the effect of workshop in training of nurse managers.Methods We assessed the current situation of nursing management and nurse managers,made training plans and training process.Besides,we implemented the training program according to the workshop mode,including group discussion,skill simulation practice and giving lectures,ect.Results Totally,91.4%-98.3% of the participants were satisfied with the training effect,with an average satisfaction rate of 94.8%.More than 89.0% of the investigated nurses were satisfied with nurse managers′ administrative work,96.0% were satisfied with nurse ma-nagers′ leadership,and 97.5% with nurse managers′ support.Conclusion Application of thematic workshops in training program targeted to nurse managers helps break a new path to improve the comprehensive capacity of nursing administrators,and finally promote their management performance.
