摘　　要：阐述了当前物理教学改革的迫切性和必要性以及物理教学对人才素质培养的重要性，介绍了我们这几年来在教学内容和体系、教学方法、教学手段和素质培养等方面进行改革的探索与实践，总结了我们在物理教学改革中取得的一些初步成果。This paper describes the imminence, necessity and importance of the reform in physics teaching for cultivation of students' quality, introduces the reform of physics teaching in teaching content and system, teaching method, and ways to enhance students' quality and summarizes the initial results of the reform in the field.
