肾嫌色细胞癌的诊治和预后

摘　　要：目的分析肾嫌色细胞癌的临床特点。方法结合文献回顾性分析我院2002年至2009年16例肾嫌色细胞癌的病历资料。结果 14例行根治性肾切除,2例行肾部分切除术;TNM分期:T1aN0M05例、T1bN0M05例、T2N0M06例;13例获随访,随访6～84个月,平均46个月,无肿瘤复发、转移和死于肾癌的患者。结论肾嫌色细胞癌是一种少见的低度恶性肾细胞癌,预后较好。影像学检查对其诊断具有重要作用,确诊依赖于病理检查,治疗以手术为主,保留肾单位手术适用于大多数病例。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of renal chromophobe cell carcinoma（CRCC）.Methods A retrospective review of 16 cases of CRCC between 2002 and 2009.Results 14 cases underwent radical nephrectomy,2 cases underwent partial nephrectomy.TNM classification：T1aN0M0 5 cases,T1bN0M0 5 cases,T2N0M0 6 cases.13 cases were followed up for 6 to 84 months,no case had experienced tumor recurrence or metastasis,and none had died of renal carcinoma.Conclusion CRCC is a rare subtype renal cell carcinoma which exhibits low-degree malignancy with favorable prognosis.Imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis of CRCC.Definite diagnosis depends on pathological examination.Surgical excision is the mainstay of therapy in non-metastatic CRCC and partial nephrectomy is advocate whenever it is feasible.
