摘　　要：一套好的计量业务管理系统不但可以帮助各级工作人员完成日常的检定、校准、检测活动,还可以为管理者提供决策和管理服务,提高技术机构的服务质量。文章探讨一种针对第三方计量检定、校准、检测技术服务机构(以下简称技术机构)的计量业务管理系统,其主要目的是提供系统设计的一种方法与途径。A good measurement system can not only help business management at all levels of staff to complete routine test, calibration, inspection activities, can also provide managers with decision-making and management services, technical institutions to improve the quality of service. Article explores one for third- party metrology, calibration, testing technology services （hereinafter referred to as technical institutions） measurement business management system, its main purpose is to provide a method and system design approach.
