肾脏恶性肿瘤的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的　总结肾恶性肿瘤的超声所见,探讨诊断和鉴别诊断的方法。方法　11 例患者均进行B超检查,部分行彩超、选择性肾动脉造影、IVP、CT、MRI等检查,8 例行手术切除和病理检查,将所有结果对比分析。结果　超声正确诊断肾细胞癌7 例(100% ):肾盂癌2 例(50% );漏诊肾盂癌2 例(50% )。结论　超声对肾恶性肿瘤的诊断是准确和方便的。Objective To evaluate clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal malignant neoplasm.Methods A total of 11 patients with renal malignant neopasm were examined preoperatively by ultrasonography or Doppllor ultrasonography,renal vessel aniography,IVP,CT scan or MRI of the examinations were analysed and compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography for the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma and carcinoma of renal pelvis reached 100% and 50%,respectively.Conclusion Ultrasonography is accurate,easy and useful examination,so it is the first choice of diagnosis for the patients with renal malignant neoplasm.
