摘　　要：目的　探讨白内障囊外摘除术中后囊破损的Ⅰ期后房型人工晶体植入术的疗效及手术技巧。方法　143 只眼施行白内障囊外摘除术中,后囊破损者11 只眼,行Ⅰ期后房型人工晶体植入。结果　7 只眼囊袋内植入,4只眼睫状沟植入,术后视力恢复良好。结论　对于后囊破损及玻璃体脱出的患者,利用残留的前、后囊膜作支撑,清除前段玻璃体。Objective To investigate the effect and technique of primary posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for cases with posterior capsular rupture during extracapsular cataract extraction.Methods Primary posterior chamber IOL implantation was performed on 11 eyes with posterior capsular rupture occurring in 143 eyes during extracapsular cataract extractions.Results In the bag lens implantations were performed on 7 eyes, and sulcus fixed implatation on 4 eyes.Most patients had remarkable improvements in postoperative visual acuity.Conclusion The posterior chamber IOL implantation can be performed primarily in cases with posterior chamber rupture by using remained anterior or posterior capsules as supports after the anterior segment of vitreous body was cleaned.
