贺普丁联合复方丹参治疗活动性肝炎肝硬化的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨贺普丁联合复方丹参治疗活动性肝炎肝硬化的疗效评价。方法:选择活动性肝硬化68例,个部HBV-DNA阳性、HbsAg阳性、抗-HBc阳性、HbeAg阳性46例,HB-sAg阳性、抗-HBc阳性、抗-Hbe阳性22例。随机分为治疗组38例,在综合对症治疗基础上,服用贺普丁100mg/d,复方丹参10粒连用1年,疗程1年。对照组30例,仅用综合保肝治疗。结果:治疗组肝功AST、ALT、ALB及自觉症状体征有效率86.48%,HBV-DNA转阴率92.10%,HbeAg转阴率53.84%,抗-Hbe阴转率41.67%,抗-Hbe阴转率19.23%。对照组肝功AST、ALT、ALB及自觉症状体征有效率46.66%,HBV-DNA转阴率6.67%,HbeAg转阴率20.00%,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:贺普丁联合复方丹参可有效地抑制病毒复制,控制肝功能波动,使病人症状体征得到改善。Objective： To observe the efficacy evaluation of treating active hepatitis, cirrhosis with lamivudine plus Fufang Danshen. Methods： Select 68 cases of patients with cirrhosis, HBV-DNA positive, HbsAg positive and anti-HBc-positive, HbeAg positive for 46 cases, HB-sAg positive, anti-HBc positive, anti-Hbe positive for 22 cases. Dividing them into treatment group for 38 cases randomly, based on the consolidated symptom matic treatment, was treated with lamivudine 100mg/d, 10 grain Fufang Danshen for 1 year, the course of treatment was lyear. 30 cases in control group, only was treated with comprehensive protection liver. Result： Liver function AST, ALT, ALB and perceived symptoms and signs efficiency for 86.48%, HBV-DNA negative rate for 92.10%, HbeAg negative rate for 53.84%, anti-I-Ibe negative rate for 41.67%, anti-Hbe negative rate for 19.23% in treatment group, liver function AST, ALT, ALB and perceived symptoms and signs efficiency for 46.66%, HBV-DNA negative rate for 6.67%, HbeAg negative rate for 20.00%, compared the two group, the difference was obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Lamivudine plus Fufang Danshen can inhibit viral replication, control fluctuations in liver function, improve the patients＇ symptoms and signs.
