罗汉果甜苷的润肠通便和抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究罗汉果甜苷润肠通便和抗炎作用。方法采用小鼠便秘模型,二甲苯和角叉菜胶致炎实验,观察罗汉果甜苷的润肠通便和抗炎作用。结果罗汉果甜苷增加便秘小鼠的墨汁推进率,降低首次排便时间,增加排便的数量和重量;罗汉果甜苷对二甲苯和角叉菜胶致炎模型没有显著影响。结论罗汉果甜苷具有润肠通便的作用。Objective To study the intestine-moistening,bowel-relaxing and anti-inflammatory effect of Mogrosides of Siraitia grosvenorii.Methods A mice constipation model and an experiment on inflammation induced by dimethylbenzene and carrageenan were used to test the aperient and anti-inflammatory actions of mogrosides.Results Mogrosides significantly increased the bowel movement,the amount and weight of feces of constipated mice.No significant effects were found in the inflammation model.Conclusion Mogrosides has aperient action.
