男性酒依赖患者社会支持与述情障碍相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨酒依赖患者社会支持的现状及与述情障碍的相关性，为护理干预提供依据。方法采用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和多伦多述情障碍量表（TAS-20）对56例男性酒依赖患者进行调查，分析社会支持与述情障碍的相关性，并与正常男性对照组进行社会支持比较。结果酒依赖患者主观支持（22．11±4．030）分、客观支持（10．61±4．376）分、对支持利用度（6．93±2．319）分及总分（39．68±8．714）分，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=-5．730、-2．379、-3．488、-5．181，P〈0．05）；患者年龄与主观支持呈负相关（r=-0．269，P〈0．05），饮酒年限与主观支持、客观支持及社会支持利用度呈负相关（r=-0．349、-0．371、-0．348，P〈0．01），述情障碍因子I、Ⅱ与主观支持呈负相关（r=-0．301、-0．285，P〈0．05），因子Ⅲ与主观支持、客观支持及社会支持利用度呈负相关（r=-0．357、-0．272，P〈0．05）。结论社会支持与述情障碍存在明显交互作用，应引导患者正确识别、感受自身体验，有效表露内心期望，完善其社会支持系统。Objective To investigate the current social support of alcohol-dependent patients and its relation with alexithymia so as to provide the basis for nursing intervention. Methods 56 male patients with alcohol dependence were investigated with Social Support Scale and Toronto Alexithymia Scale （TAS-20） to analyze the relation between social support and alexithymia. A control group （normal people ） was made to compare the difference between them. Results Alcohol-dependent patients＇ subjective and objective support score [ （ 10.61 ±4. 376）, （22. 11 ±4. 030） ], support utilization rate（6.93 ±2.319） and total scores （39.68 ± 8. 714） were lower than those of the control group （t = - 5. 730, - 2. 379, - 3. 488, - 5. 181 ;P 〈 0. 05 ）. Patients＇ age and alexithymia factor Ⅰ, Ⅱis negatively correlated with subjective support （ r = - 0. 269, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Drinking history （r = - 0. 349, - 0. 371, - 0. 348 ; P 〈 0. 01 ）, factor Ⅰ, factor Ⅱ（ r = - 0. 301, - 0. 285 ; P 〈 0. 05 ） and factor Ⅲ （ r = - 0. 357, - 0. 272 ;P 〈 0. 05）. is negatively correlated with subjective support, objective support and support utilization rate. Conclusions Social support and alexithymia apparently interact with each other, nurses shall guide patients to correctly identify and feel their experience, effectively disclose their inner expectations and make their social support system consummate.
