摘 要:研究了0.4 mol/L氯化钠(NaCl)处理后4个河南广泛种植的小麦品种幼苗根和叶中过氧化物酶(POD)活性及其同工酶酶谱的变化情况。结果表明,4个小麦品种在盐胁迫处理后,根和叶中的POD活性均有不同程度的增强,且无论是对照还是盐胁迫处理,根中的POD活性都要高于其叶中的POD活性。POD同工酶酶谱在不同小麦品种间的不同组织中存在差异性,根中的POD同工酶酶带总体染色比叶中深;经盐胁迫处理后,根和叶中的酶带颜色均有不同程度的加深。The change of peroxidase(POD) isoenzyme zymogram and activity of POD in the roots and leaves of seedlings of four wheat varieties treated with 0.4 mol/L NaCl was studied.The results indicated that the zymogram of POD isoenzyme was different in different tissues of each wheat varieties.The zymogram showed deeper staining in roots than that in the leaves.After salt stress,some zymogram bands became deeper both in wheat roots and leaves,indicating that salt-stress could enhance the POD activity in roots and leaves.Moreover,POD activity in the roots was higher than that in the leaves,both in the control group and the salt-stress group.
