薄层色谱法测定大肠癌患者和正常人粪胆汁酸代谢情况的对比分析

摘　　要：采用薄层色谱法测定分析大肠癌患者的ＦＢＡ状况，将预先制备好的干粪进行萃取，然后将胆汁酸标准品用无水乙醇配成０．４ｍｇ／ｍＬ，另配胆汁酸标准品混合液０．４ｍｇ／ｍＬ，展开液按体积比为异辛烷；乙酸乙酯：冰醋酸：正丁醇＝３０∶５∶３∶３混合配置，５％的硫酸溶液作为显色剂，临用前将硅胶Ｇ高效薄层板置１１０℃烘箱内活化２ｈ后使用．薄层扫描仪检测波长３７０ｎｍ．结果表明大肠癌患者ＦＢＡ、ＤＣＡ及ＬＣＡ浓度较正常对照组高（Ｐ＜０．０１）．We extracted the preform dry fecal,And then confected bile acids standard sample by ethyl absolute into 0.4 mg/mL.On the side,The mix liquor of bile acids standard sample is the same concentration (0.4 mg/mL).The outspread liquid isooctane∶acetic anhydride∶acetum∶aldol=30∶5∶3∶3.The display leechdom is 5 % H 2SO 4.Before using those silica gel highperformance thin layer plate,Put them into a oven(110℃) for 2 h to dry.The TLC scanner detected at 370 nm.
