羊膜移植联合塞替哌治疗翼状胬肉疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察羊膜移植联合塞替哌应用治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对135例153只眼行胬肉切除,将羊膜移植到胬肉处的巩膜上,术后联合应用1:2000塞替哌治疗。结果术后反应轻,移植片平整,7只眼复发,复发率为3.9%。结论羊膜移植联合塞替哌应用治疗翼状胬肉,是一种简便安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广。Objective Since the purpose of observation of amniatic membrane transplantation in the united thiotepa,theefficiency of the treatment of pterygium.Methods 153 to 135 cases of pterygium excision,will be amniatic membrane to the coujunctiva pterygium the sclera,after the operation application of 1：2000 thiotepa treatment.Results Response to lignt,graft survival seven recurrence,therecurrence rate was 3.9 percent,Conclusion since the conclusoin of amniatic membrane transplantion,in the united thiotepa aoolication for pterygium,is a simple,safe and effective method,it is clinical.
