血清癌相关蛋白与喉癌的相关性研究

摘　　要：为探讨喉癌血清中癌相关蛋白的检测方法及其与喉癌的关系，采用微量薄层垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术检测了喉癌患者５３ 例、喉部良性疾病患者５１ 例和正常人４８ 例的血清癌相关蛋白，并对喉癌的不同分级、有无转移及手术前后作了比较。结果显示，微量薄层垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳能检出与喉癌相关的３ 条癌相关蛋白带，喉癌患者、非癌患者和正常人的血清癌相关蛋白检出阳性率分别为７１．７０％ 、１１．７６％ 和８．３３％ ，转移喉癌和非转移喉癌的阳性率分别为９２．８６％ 和６４．１０％ 。手术后１ 月复查，４５％ 的喉癌患者血清癌相关蛋白转阴性。表明用微量薄层垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测喉癌患者血清癌相关蛋白诊断喉癌是一种简便、准确、实用的方法。To explore a simple,precise and useful method for examing CAP in serum of laryngeal cancer and the relation of CAP to laryngeal cancer.CAP in serum, studied by ultrathin polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis(PAGE) in 53 cases of laryngeal cancer,were compared with that in 51 patients of benign group and 48 normal persons of control group,meanwhile,the changes of the CAP were observed on the degree of differentiation,metastasis and results after laryngotomy.Three bands of CAP in serum were discovered in laryngeal cancer by ultrathin PAGE. The positive rates of CAP in laryngeal cancer,in benign patients and in normal persons were 71.70%,11.76% and 8.33% respectively,the positive rates of CAP in metastasis and non-metastasis were 92.86% and 64.10%,45.00% of CAP turned to negative after laryngotomy.Thus a conclusion can be got that determination of the CAP in serum by ultrathin PAGE technique is a simple,precise and useful method for laryngeal cancer diagnosis.
