摘  要:通过砂床培养试验,研究不同浓度混合盐胁迫对两个品种鹰嘴豆萌发的影响。结果表明,在混合盐胁迫下,A-1(白皮)在盐浓度0.01 mol/L时的发芽率及发芽势达峰值,分别较对照提高了14.6%,25.6%;88-1(红皮)在0.005 mol/L时的发芽率及发芽势达峰值,分别较对照提高了3.1%,6.9%。在低浓度盐分(0.005-0.01 mol/L)条件下A-1(白皮)鹰嘴豆的发芽指数及活力指数均高于88-1(红皮)鹰嘴豆。A-1(白皮)较88-1(红皮)鹰嘴豆种子在萌发期间更耐混合盐的胁迫。This study aims at revealing the effects of different mixed salt stress on germination of chickpeas seed by sand bed culture experiment.The results showed that under the mixed salt stress,at the concentration of 0.01 mol/L,the germination capacity and germinative energy of A-1(white fur)reach a peak value,and increase by 14.6% and 25.6% respectively in comparison with the control;at the concentration of 0.005 mol/L,the germination capacity and germinative energy of 88-1 reach a peak value,and increase by 3.1% and 6.9% respectively in comparison with the control.Under a low salt concentration(0.005-0.01 mol/L)condition,both of the germination index and vigor index are higher than 88-1(red fur) of chickpeas A-1(white fur).During the seed germination,A-1(white fur)are more resistant to mixed salt stress than that of 88-1(red fur).
